What we provide

This site offers information about the Sharpyard starter kit, a free open-source lead-magnet repository, and (when available) a paid developer starter kit and related content.

The free starter

The open-source starter is provided under the MIT license, "as is", without warranty. You may use it freely under that license.

Purchases

Paid products are sold through our Merchant of Record, Polar, which is the seller of record for the transaction; Polar handles its own terms and the applicable tax. A purchase grants you a license to use the kit to build your own applications and products. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the kit itself, in whole or in substantial part. The full license is included with the product.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or its content unlawfully, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and free materials are provided without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or materials. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
