Refund Policy

Free materials

The open-source starter and all free content cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Waitlist and founding reservations

Joining the waitlist or reserving a founding seat is free: no payment is taken at this stage. You are reserving a price, not buying a product, and you can leave the list at any time.

Paid purchases

When the kit is available for purchase, payment is processed by our Merchant of Record, Polar. Because the kit is delivered as source code with immediate access to a private repository, purchases are generally final once repository access has been granted. If you have not yet accepted the repository invitation, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing hello@sharpyard.dev or contacting Polar. Our Merchant of Record's own refund terms also apply, and your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
